Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Billing & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting billing operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. While prior billing experience is preferred, it is not required-we are willing to train a motivated recent graduate or entry-level candidate with strong organizational and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer billing accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain billing records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with account reconciliation and billing-related documentation.
  • Enter and update information within company systems.
  • Support general administrative and office functions as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Follow established processes while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous billing, accounting, or administrative experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Software & Systems

  • QuickBooks Desktop (preferred experience)
  • Intuit Enterprise Suite (currently being implemented; similar to QuickBooks Online)
  • Microsoft Office Suite and general business applications
